In a comfortable, no pressure environment we allow you time and space to become familiar with our options. We will answer your questions and explain the exceptional qualities of our Nostalgic antique wood flooring and products. Each product is unique, having been beautifully aged over time and infused with a personality as individual as your own.

As our customers have specific preferences and requirements, all of our orders are treated on a custom basis.

Our woods are kiln dried and machined and we do not stock pile any finished product, but cut each order according to our customer’s individual needs.

When you have selected wood types and widths that suit your project, provide us with the square footage you plan to cover. We will calculate in a further 10% for waste.

Contract quotes are prepared and require a signature and a 15% deposit before the order is activated.

A four to six week delivery time should be anticipated, although this can vary.

All contracts are due and payable upon delivery of orders.
